Na t\u00fato t\u00e9mu sa pop\u00edsalo mnoho kn\u00edh. Existuj\u00fa \u013eudia, ktor\u00ed si nenechaj\u00fa ujs\u0165 \u017eiadnu novinku, in\u00fdch t\u00e1to t\u00e9ma v\u00f4bec nezauj\u00edma. Hovori\u0165 o\u00a0zdravom stravovan\u00ed je z\u00a0ur\u010dit\u00e9ho poh\u013eadu dos\u0165 kontroverzn\u00e9, preto\u017ee n\u00e1h\u013eady na to, \u010do je zdrav\u00e9 a\u00a0do akej miery, sa pravidelne menia. Na\u0161\u0165astie, moj\u00edm z\u00e1merom nie je zach\u00e1dza\u0165 do ve\u013ek\u00fdch podrobnost\u00ed, obmedz\u00edm sa len na to najpodstatnej\u0161ie, s\u00a0\u010d\u00edm sa azda bude m\u00f4c\u0165 stoto\u017eni\u0165 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina z\u00e1stancov zdravej v\u00fd\u017eivy. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 sa pok\u00fasim o\u00a0synt\u00e9zu medzi najnov\u0161\u00edmi poznatkami a\u00a0biblick\u00fdm vyu\u010dovan\u00edm.<\/p>\n
Dlho som si myslel, \u017ee Biblia sa o\u00a0tejto z\u00e1le\u017eitosti nezmie\u0148uje, \u00faplne podvedome mi unikali v\u0161etky ver\u0161e a\u00a0state zameran\u00e9 na t\u00fato t\u00e9mu. Jedlo bolo odjak\u017eiva d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 pri nadv\u00e4zovan\u00ed vz\u0165ahov, uzatv\u00e1ran\u00ed zml\u00fav, bolo symbolom spolo\u010denstva. Jedlo je ur\u010dit\u00fdm tmelom medzi\u013eudsk\u00fdch vz\u0165ahov. Ko\u013eko man\u017eelsk\u00fdch p\u00e1rov by sa spolu v\u00f4bec nerozpr\u00e1valo, keby spolu neve\u010derali? Apo\u0161toli n\u00e1s v\u0161ak nikde nevyz\u00fdvaj\u00fa, aby sme jedli len zdrav\u00e9 produkty; v\u00a0Novom z\u00e1kone sa jedlu venuje o\u00a0nie\u010do men\u0161ia pozornos\u0165 ne\u017e v\u00a0Starom z\u00e1kone. Tam platili ur\u010dit\u00e9 princ\u00edpy: Boh prv\u00fdm \u013eu\u010fom \u201enaordinoval\u201c vegetari\u00e1nsku stravu, nesk\u00f4r, po p\u00e1de do hriechu, \u013eudia jedli u\u017e aj m\u00e4so. Z\u00a0h\u013eadiska zamerania na\u0161ej knihy je zauj\u00edmav\u00e1 pozn\u00e1mka, \u017ee izraeliti sa mali zriec\u0165 tuku z\u00a0obetovan\u00fdch zvierat. K\u0148az ho mal sp\u00e1li\u0165 na olt\u00e1ri. (3 M 3:14-17) Pochopite\u013ene, nemysl\u00ed sa tuk, ktor\u00fd m\u00e4so prirodzene obsahuje, ale ten, ktor\u00fd mo\u017eno vykroji\u0165. Niet poch\u00fdb, \u017ee tak\u00fdto tuk je \u0161kodliv\u00fd. Na viacer\u00fdch miestach sa v\u0161ak Biblia vyjadruje o\u00a0tukoch pozit\u00edvne, \u010do len potvrdzuje najmodernej\u0161ie v\u00fdskumy o\u00a0prospe\u0161nosti niektor\u00fdch tukov. Z\u00e1hadou je tie\u017e manna, pokrm, ktor\u00fd \u017didia jedli na p\u00fa\u0161ti \u0161tyridsa\u0165 rokov. Bola biela ako koriandrov\u00e9 semeno a\u00a0chutila vraj ako medov\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d. Je bohat\u00e9 na vitam\u00edn B, \u017eelezo, magn\u00e9zium, zinok, chr\u00f3m, mang\u00e1n a\u00a0vitam\u00edn E. Konzumovali ho r\u00f4znym sp\u00f4sobom, niekedy ho nechali nasiaknu\u0165 vodou, varili, drvili, su\u0161ili, prid\u00e1vali do \u0161al\u00e1tov. V\u00a0Biblii sa s\u00edce nespom\u00edna ani ry\u017ea, kukurica \u010di ovos, preto\u017ee sa v\u00a0t\u00fdch zemepisn\u00fdch \u0161\u00edrkach nevyskytovala, ale nach\u00e1dzame proso a\u00a0ra\u017e. Aj proso je ve\u013emi zdrav\u00e9. Nikto sa nepozastavuje nad t\u00fdm, \u017ee n\u00edm k\u0155mime hydinu, ale\u00a0sami si ho nedoprajeme.<\/p>\n

E\u0161te zdrav\u0161ie m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165, a\u00a0to najm\u00e4 v\u00a0zimnom obdob\u00ed, ke\u010f m\u00e1me nedostatok\u010derstvej zeleniny, necha\u0165 zrn\u00e1 vykl\u00ed\u010di\u0165. Rozv\u00edjaj\u00face sa kl\u00ed\u010dky obsahuj\u00fa mno\u017estvo vitam\u00ednov, biologicky plnohodnotn\u00fdch rastlinn\u00fdch bielkov\u00edn, lecit\u00edn, miner\u00e1lne l\u00e1tky, stopov\u00e9 prvky, sacharidy a balastn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky.<\/p>\n
